국립고흥청소년우주체험센터의 프로그램은 창의력 기반의 실험체험프로그램을“프로그램 마켓”형식으로 제공합니다. “프로그램 마켓” 프로그램은 천문우주, 항공우주 분야의 주제형 단원활동과 공통 분야 단원활동으로 통합 구성되어 우주과학에 대한 배후 원리를 실험체험으로 체득할 수 있습니다.프로그램의 편성은 초급, 중급, 고급의 수준별 활동을 대상, 기간, 계절에 따라 참여자가 스스로 선택하여 개인 수준에 맞추어 활동에 참여할 수 있습니다. 실험체험프로그램은 우주과학에 대한 이해지식 교육, 자기 주도적 체험&실험 활동, 문제해결의 설계 중심 탐구활동, 그리고 결과에 대한 토론과 발표로 전체 프로그램의 내용이 구성되어 제공됩니다. 프로그램의 구성은 창의력 기반의 STEAM 융합교육 학습모형으로 설계되어 청소년들에게 과학..

우주과학 실험체험 단원 소개 국립고흥청소년우주체험센터는 국내 최초 우주과학 특성화 청소년체험시설로서 천문우주·항공우주·기초물리 분야의 실험체험 프로그램을 142종 개발·운영하고 있다. 청소년들이 다양한 실험체험 프로그램을 통해 스스로 생각하고 창의력을 키워가는 기회를 갖고 이성과 감성을 키워나가는데 보탬이 되고자 노력하고 있다. 또한 학교, 과학관, 청소년관련 시설에서 근무하는 지도교사에게 실험체험 프로그램을 제공∙교육하여 우주과학에 대한 전반적인 지도역량 강화에 도움을 주고자 노력하고 있다.
